Once apon a time I joined a monthly subscription service...
We have all heard of these amazing beauty box's that once a month you recieve all types of wonderful samples and they come in a pretty box with a price tag of around £10-15. Well, I recently cancelled my subscription to one of these type of box's (to be more precise, Glossybox) for a couple of reasons:
1. £10 a month was fine, I don't mind paying that but then they added a £2.95 postage and packaging charge. Now, I could have dealt with that, but it was delivered recorded delivery meaning that someone had to be in or it would be delivered to the closest royal mail depot. I live close to one but you have to pay to park so this cute little beauty box with a £10 price tag ended up costing me over £15 a month... I'm not ok with that.
2. The majority of the products where not the "high end" beauty samples that I was expecting... I'm sorry but the band Me Me Me that you can purchase from superdrug is not good enough.
3. The perfume samples that I got in every box would only have enough in them to spray my wrists... not enough for my neck and hair, therefore I wouldn't wear them out because if I am going to put perfume on I expect and want people to actually be able to smell it.
BUT then I found Graze.com
Yes, this is a subscription service, Yes its delivered by Royal Mail... but this time its FOOD!!
Even if I do say so myself, I am a bit of a foody... I can honestly say that I get great joy from not only going out for food but I love spending time in the kitchen, cooking and baking, I genuinely love doing both.
So, when I heard of a box that delivers tasty and more to the point natural and health treats I decided I had to try it and I can honesty say that I am extremely glad I did.
